Book Sale

April 9th and 10th

  • We should have more than 130 boxes
  • Rebecca will price the special books higher this time
  • The booksellers will be monitored. If the sale becomes unruly, we will consider placing a limit on the number of books that any one customer can purchase
  • Volunteers will be invited to pay for their selections, before the preview sale starts

Book-it

May 24th

Due to scheduling conflicts with performers, we will be getting Tom Sawyer instead of Jane Eyre

Jeff Youngstrom will finalize with Book-it

Presented the Adopt-a-book process.

Features

  • Easy for the librarians
  • Each potential book will have a adoption form

  • Can be expanded to magazine subscriptions, CDs, and videos
  • Books, etc. will come from the standard library wish list
