Library Report

For the Summer and Fall program, the plan is to have a live author at every King Country Library during a 2-week period. The system does not have sufficient funds, so it may ask the Friends for financial support.

Stephen King's, 'The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon'. A 9-year-old girl gets lost while hiking on the Appalachian Trail with her mother and brother. Maintains her sanity by listening to Boston Redsox games on her walkman. A book that appeals to readers that may not be Stephen King fans.
