Dogwood blossom. If I remember my wildflower class from 15 years ago correctly, the white "petals" are actually modified leaves, and the technical blossoms are only the center part of the "flower".


That little reddish brown smudge in the middle of the frame is a young lad of a deer. He was browsing away in the grass 50 feet from 56th Avenue, one of the busiest streets in Issaquah, and 30 feet from Issaquah Creek. Not the best camera in the world for wildlife shots.
