This grasshopper was within a few feet of where I saw the caterpillar from 10/8
Getting lots of nice Fall color from the street trees around town.
These mushrooms were quickly subsiding into black goo. I tried taking pictures of them yesterday, but nothing turned out well enough to post. There were a couple of dozen mushrooms in 20 square feet then, and today there were only a handful left, these two the only ones that still even looked like mushrooms. Most looked like the next shot.
It's really strange how the caps were just vaporising leaving sticks with little hats...
