Photologger group show

tyd has set up a gallery show for a handful of eight Seattle-area photologgers.

The show is at the White Dove Gallery at 5934 88th Street SW down in Lakewood, WA, south of Tacoma. There will be an opening reception this Saturday afternoon from 2-4:30. tyd has more info.

I've got five pictures in the show. 2 lost gloves , a landscape, and a couple of outdoor still lifes. Three of the pictures have appeared on this blog. (lost gloves #15 and #16, and the second picture in this post)

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone else's stuff!

I plan to be at the reception. Be sure to introduce yourself if you come!

Wow - that's great! I don't think I'll be able to make it to the show, but I wish I could. Congrats!

Thanks! It is kind of far, even for me.

Jeff over at Beans For Breakfast has a list of the bloggers involved with links to their sites and more details about the show.

It's going to run into mid-October!

I hope you have included the "glove, clouds, penny"
picture in your exhibition. I have been admiring
it for weeks now. It seems to have persistent
emotional content.

Unfortunately the one you refer to (#22) was taken long after the deadline for the show. If the deadline had been after that I might have done an all glove submission. As it is, I'm including #15 and #16.

The other picture that appeared here was the second shot in this post which, despite the low resolution actually looks pretty nice printed at 5x7.

Oh, and thanks, Dan, for the extremely kind comments.
